Today, I’m sharing a simple but powerful 5-minute practice to help you reset your vibe, recenter your energy, and reclaim your peace.

An energy cleanse is exactly what it sounds like — a spiritual hygiene practice that clears your energetic field. Think of it like washing your hands... but for your aura.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention. You don’t need an hour, a guru, or a mountain retreat. You just need a few quiet moments and a willingness to release what’s not yours.
🔥 Here’s Your 5-Minute Cleanse
Step 1: Set the space
Light your incense, candle, or burn your favorite herb. Play soft music, or sit in silence — whatever sets the vibe. Let this be your ritual. Even if it’s just five minutes, make it sacred.
Step 2: Sit comfortably and close your eyes
You can sit cross-legged, in a chair, or even stand. Just root yourself. Feel your feet on the ground. Feel your breath deepen.
Step 3: Visualize a light washing over you
Picture a white or golden light pouring from above your head down to your feet. This light is pure, loving energy — cleansing, clearing, protecting. Let it move through you like a waterfall, taking with it any heaviness, stress, or energy that’s not yours.
Step 4: Breathe with intention
Inhale peace.
Exhale anything you’ve picked up that doesn’t belong.
Do this for a full minute or two. If your mind wanders, that’s okay. Just come back to the breath.
Step 5: Seal your energy
