Readings do not guarantee particular events, predictions, outcomes, decisions, or results.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information requested for fulfillment. Missing or inaccurate information may delay completion of a reading.

Standard and Rush fulfillment timeframes are identified on the applicable reading page. Purchasing Rush delivery provides expedited fulfillment according to the timeframe displayed at the time of purchase but does not change the nature or scope of the reading purchased.

Readings are delivered electronically through the delivery method described on the applicable service page.

5. Digital Products and Educational Content

Digital products may include guides, courses, templates, recordings, downloads, educational materials, and other electronically delivered resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that material for personal use.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Orders, Payments and Account Information
