Tarot & Spiritual Reading Services

All tarot and spiritual reading purchases are final once the reading has been completed or delivery has begun.

If you need to cancel a reading before work has begun, please contact StarGalaxiii as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order. Once preparation, recording, or fulfillment of a reading has begun, the order is non-refundable.

Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once priority fulfillment has begun.

If StarGalaxiii is unable to fulfill your reading, you will receive a refund for the unfulfilled service.

Because tarot and spiritual readings are interpretive services, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the message received, disagreement with the interpretation, or because a particular outcome or prediction did not occur.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable and digital products, purchases of digital guides, courses, templates, recordings, and other downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital purchase, please contact StarGalaxiii so we can assist with access.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there is an error with your transaction, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
